Interpret food for the person choosing it

A label, menu or food log becomes a tailored assessment or suggestion.

Different approaches

Rootd applies explicit scoring rules to a barcode and profile, while Crumbio interprets a photographed label against preferences. Happy Munch starts with a restaurant menu and dietary constraints. JustAdd begins with foods already entered and suggests additions. These are different input and response mechanisms, and none of the descriptions establishes clinical accuracy.

What brings them together
Food or ingredient input is interpreted against personal preferences, restrictions or the user’s entered intake.
Outside this wave
